refund policy
principle
mango tango sells credits. one credit equals one unit of work. we want you to spend confidently, so this policy is short and concrete. if a charge feels wrong, email support@mangotangoai.com — we will look at it.
consumed credits
credits that have been consumed by a successful generation are non-refundable. once a model has run and returned a result, the underlying provider has charged us for the work, regardless of whether you keep the output.
failed generations
if a generation fails on our side or on the provider's side, the credits for that dispatch are automatically refunded to your balance. the refund is logged on your account usage page. you do not need to contact support for failed-job refunds.
unused credits
we do not refund unused prepaid credit packs after the 14-day window described below. unused credits remain on your account and do not expire while your account is in good standing.
14-day satisfaction window
for first-time credit pack purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 25% of the credits in that pack. send the request to support@mangotangoai.com from the email address on the account; refunds are issued back to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
subscription cancellations
monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled from /dashboard/account at any time. cancellation stops future renewals; access and any included credits remain available until the end of the current billing period. partial-month refunds are not issued. annual subscriptions cancelled in the first 14 days are eligible for a prorated refund of unused months.
fraud and abuse
we may decline refunds where we have reason to believe a request is part of fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our terms of service. confirmed fraud may result in account termination and forfeiture of remaining balance.
chargebacks
before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact support — we resolve almost every billing question directly and faster. chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension while the bank's investigation is pending.
how to request a refund
email support@mangotangoai.com from the email on your account. include the order id (visible on /dashboard/account → usage history) and a one-line reason. we respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
