terms of service

by creating an account, accessing, or using mango tango (the service), you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service. mango tango is operated by xavier steven llc dba xavier platforms (we, us, our). these terms form a binding contract between you and xavier steven llc.

you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. you are responsible for the credentials on your account and for any activity that occurs under it. you must provide accurate information and keep it current. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose risk to other users.

the service operates on a credit model. one credit equals one unit of work, priced per the rates published at /pricing at the time of purchase. credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. consumed credits are non-refundable. unused credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing. we may add, remove, or re-price models — credit cost per dispatch is shown before each generation. see /refund for the full refund policy.

you retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, references, and other inputs you submit. you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing the service (storage, transmission to third-party model providers, and rendering). subject to applicable law, you own the outputs the service generates from your inputs. you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any reference images, voices, or likenesses you upload.

ai outputs may resemble preexisting works, may misrepresent factual claims, and may not be suitable for all uses. you are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. we do not warrant uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness of any output. you agree not to publish outputs in a way that misleads viewers about real people, infringes third-party rights, or violates law.

you may not use the service to generate or distribute: csam or content sexualizing minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that impersonates a real person without their permission for purposes of fraud or defamation; content that incites violence or unlawful acts; malware or attempts to circumvent the platform's safety controls. you may not resell access, scrape the service, or attempt to extract model weights. we may remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

the service is built on third-party model providers (including anthropic, google, and others) and infrastructure providers (including aws, cloudfront, mongodb atlas). by using the service, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those providers as they apply to the data you submit.

the service, including its code, design, brand, and documentation, is the property of xavier steven llc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. these terms do not grant you any license to our trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary technology beyond what is needed to use the service as offered.

you may close your account at any time from /dashboard/account. we may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law, or if continued service creates risk to us or other users. on termination, unused credits may be forfeited if termination was for cause. data may be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

the service is provided as-is and as-available. we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred us dollars. we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or law.

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in summit county, utah, and you consent to that exclusive jurisdiction. nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for ip or confidentiality matters.

we may update these terms from time to time. material changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
